Regional Office Bearers elected for 2025-27

The Regional Assembly met at Centenary Hall and elected the office bearers who will serve the region for the next two years.
The Regional Assembly, attended by delegates from all twelve local YMCAs in good standing, met on Saturday at Centenary Hall, Ernakulam, and elected the office bearers for the 2025-27 term.
Adv. Thomas Mathew was elected Regional President and Mr. Jose Varghese continues as Regional General Secretary. The Assembly also adopted the audited accounts for the previous year and approved the regional programme calendar.
In his acceptance remarks, the incoming President thanked the outgoing committee and set out three priorities for the term: strengthening local associations, expanding the Skill Development Centre, and bringing more young people into leadership.
